Social Emotional Learning (SEL) claims to be a system which helps students develop the skills they need to achieve success in school, career, family and civic life.  This sounds like something that would be celebrated everywhere but on the contrary SEL is causing confusion and conflict all across America. Among the SEL controversies are the teachings of gender ideology, sexual preference, critical race theory and spiritual practices. 

The people that push Social Emotional Learning in K-12 continue to spread the lie that it is simply about “teaching kindness and helping children manage their emotions”. SEL is birthed from extremely radical people and beliefs. Jennifer reveals some of the dangerous history of SEL.

2021 will go down as the year America realized critical race theory (CRT) had graduated from a radical anti-American concept to the philosophy transforming our K-12 education system.

SEL, being sold as "essential life skills", becomes an even bigger problem when these skills are mandated for graduation, which will be a requirement soon.

As I reflect on the past and look forward to 2022, I want to provide some inspiration to those who are in the fight and feeling overwhelmed or even defeated by the mission in front of us.
